• Making the Customer of Your Small Business Happy

  How can you turn a bad situation around?  How can you make a customer happy when something beyond your control is preventing you from delivering your goods and service in a timely fashion or even from delivering at all?  Communication will be key under such circumstances.  As soon as you are aware of the problem, let the customer know.  Apologize profusely and offer a realistic timeline for delivery.  Give the customer a discount on the transaction as well as incentives or coupons for further purchases.   Make sure to take some small business training that will give you some small business help with customer service.
