  Every small business owner needs a sounding board.  Oftentimes, this can be found in one’s spouse or other relative.  The perfect sounding board however is most often another business owner.  They will understand where you are coming from better than anyone else will.   Also, they will usually be able to offer great advice.  Other owners are some of the best small business help available to you.  Many times they will have taken small business training and will be able to draw on that to help you.  So, start looking now for that business owner  who will serve as your sounding board!
